Tony Cosentino was born and raised in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. He attended Boston College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After graduation, Tony attended the Temple University Beasley School of Law, serving on the editorial board of the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law and earning distinction in trial advocacy. While in law school, Tony worked at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg and in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in New York City.
Following law school, Tony returned to his hometown and began his legal career at DiLoreto, Cosentino & Bolinger, devoting his practice exclusively to litigation and trial work. Tony devotes his practice to representing individuals who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own. His cases involve motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, workers’ compensation claims, construction accidents, liquor liability, premises liability and cases involving the general negligence of others.
Tony became one of the first and one of the youngest attorneys to be certified as specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation. He has been listed in the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers-Rising Stars since 2014, which recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys 40 years or younger in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and achieved a 10.0 rating from Avvo.
Tony is a past president of the Franklin County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and currently serves on the Executive Board of the Franklin County Bar Association. He also served as a Franklin County representative to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates from 2009-2018. Tony is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
Tony and his wife live in Chambersburg.
