Car accident leaves Pennsylvania teenagers injured

On Behalf of | Jun 25, 2015 | Car Accidents

Four Pennsylvania teenagers have been critically injured in a recent accident that took place in Robinson Township. The car accident took place after midnight. At this time, law enforcement officials are not sure what factors contributed to the crash. There were five teenagers in the car during the accident, three of them sustaining critical injuries.

The force of the collision threw two of the boys out of the vehicle. Police are trying to determine if speed or alcohol played a role in the crash. As many Pennsylvania readers know, young drivers are more likely to cause car accidents due to distraction or lack of driving experience.

Although the accident is still under investigation, the families of the boys injured may explore the option of filing a personal injury claim against the liable party. A closer examination of the case may determine if the owners of the vehicle or the parents of the driver may be financially liable for the physical, emotional and financial damages sustained during the accident. It is important to note that accident victims always have the right to explore the option of possible legal action.

A car accident can impact a family for years to come as they struggle with the medical bills, emotional trauma and physical effects of a serious injury. No family should carry this burden alone without exploring the possibility of financial compensation. A civil claim filed against the liable party may help a family recover the damages sustained and provide support needed for additional medical care. Car accident cases are time-sensitive, making it important for Pennsylvania families to reach out for help as soon as possible after an accident.
